We are currently are only shipping within the united states. if you are international and interested in placing a large order or buying wholesale please contact us at info@kevynzellerpilates.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
a.k.e isn’t responsible for packages that arrive late. we work diligently to get your order shipped out as soon as possible upon receiving the order. however, please note that once your order leaves our shop we are unable to control possible delays due to inclement weather, etc.
once you have placed your order you will be emailed a tracking number that you can use to track your package.
we offer refunds or exchanges for all unused, undamaged merchandise with the original packaging.
